Our developer is a Hong Kong listed real estate company and has more than 30 holding companies in more than 10 countries around the world. At present, the group is vigorously developing overseas markets, focusing on energy development and infrastructure construction, and multi-industry investment promotion, ecological manufacturing, circular economy, and industrial clusters as guidelines. It has successively carried out industrial investment, development and construction in Cambodia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and other countries. Carson International has established the "Belt and Road Special Economic Zone Operator" as its future development strategy, pooling resources, focusing on the deployment of "Belt and Road" countries to develop special economic zones, and is committed to building a platform for international industrial capacity cooperation. The first project is a 500-hectare special economic zone located in the direction of No. 4 to Xigang. At present, more than 30 factories have settled in the special zone.


The second project is the No. 3 National Highway Project (37 hectares) of Kasen Garden (villa, shops along the street) in Phnom Penh


【Project Introduction】


Kasen is developed in three phases (37 hectares, about 2,000 suites). The project adopts simple European design style, noble and elegant, and is deeply loved by customers.


The first phase of the development covers a total area of 5.5 hectares, with a total of 318 suites, including: 11 single-family villas, 66 double houses/14 townhouses, and 227 residential shops along the street.

The first phase of the project will be completed in 14 months (starting from December this year, the first phase is expected to be delivered in February 2023). The delivery period of the sale and purchase contract is 18 months (in order to ease the payment period of customers).


Kasen currently has: shops along the street and residential areas.

The roads in the commercial area along the street are not closed, and the roads in the entire large project are accessible for 24 hours.

Residential area: only the owner can pass, there are 24 hours security guarding the entrance and exit, the villa community has two entrances and exits, the first entrance is at the gate of the first community on the right hand side of Carson Avenue, and the second entrance is at the card Road 06 opposite the Sen Club (introduced in the first phase of the map).
