During the event period, the user can enter the event page to the designated new development display page. After the user views and selects the designated project that he intends to purchase, user clicks the Get discount button and fills in the phone number according to the guidelines, etc., and then can receive an SMS notification about the user get the discount successfully.

【Conditions for using coupons】

Users should meet the following conditions at the same time before they can use the coupons for the designated project they have successfully received:

1、Users get the designated project coupon during the event period and received the SMS notification about the user get the discount successfully.

2、The available project can only be used for designated projects, and the coupons received for a certain building can only be used when purchasing the corresponding project.

3、 After receiving the designated project coupon, the user should successfully sign the subscription with the developer during the event period, and the user has shown the mobile phone number and the SMS notification of the successful receipt of the discount to the developer before signing the reservation agreement.

4、The discount for this event is not transferable, that is, the phone number of the actual purchaser who signed the reservation agreement with the designated property developer must be the same as the phone number that received the information when receiving the coupon.

5、After the developer confirms that the user meets the applicable objects and all other conditions in this rule, then user can use the discount.

【Exclusion rules】

1、The same mobile phone number can receive the discount of different real estate projects, but the same mobile phone number can only receive the discount once in the same project. The discounts received by different mobile phone numbers for the same real estate project cannot be used together when purchasing the same property rights.

2、The number of designated project for this event is limited (the specific quantity for sale is subject to the display of the designated project page). Since the designated property developer sells both online and on sales office, once the designated property is sold offline (the purchaser and the developer are deemed to have sold after signing the subscription for the designated property), the designated property corresponding coupons are void automatically.

3、During the event, special offer new project unit are limited(specific number are based on new project page), the promotion/discount/special offer information are valid for online customer only. If the limited units are sold out, please verify with developers for details.

4、All the discount of this event are only applicable when purchasing the designated project, and cannot be exchanged for cash or reused.
