Brand condo developers turn to develop more Borey market

Currently, we can see that, despite the steady development in condominium projects, this style of home is still not entirely suitable to Cambodians. Condos are generally appropriate for persons who wish to live alone or with a small family, which is a common preference among immigrants such as Europeans, Chinese, or residents of densely populated countries.

However, if we look at the Cambodian manner of living, we can see that they like to live as a large family, even if they are just starting out. The majority of Cambodians are still undecided about whether or not they wish to live anywhere for the long run. As a result, the condo project is not yet complete enough to attract Cambodians. With quick response, some condominium developers have directed their attention to Borey projects in order to suit the needs of a diverse range of residents.

As an example, the R&F Group, owner of the R&F City condominium project, has developed the Borey project, which is located along a 60-meter road which is a potential area. The Borey project features luxurious villas in the heart of the city that will be home to Phnom Penh's most affluent families, with prices starting at 700,000 per unit.
