In just one month, Cambodia approved 17 new investment projects with an investment of more than $141 million

Compass Cambodia report - As of August 2022, Cambodia has received 17 new projects with a total investment of more than 141 million dollars and can create thousands of jobs. These 17 projects will be present in six capitals and provinces, including Phnom Penh, Preah Sihanouk, Kandal, Kampong Speu, Kep and Kampong Thom .

According to the report of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, the 17 projects will be invested by the following companies:

1. JADE FASHION (CAMBODIA) GARMENTS COMPANY LIMITED Company plans to establish a garment factory located in Chung Ruk Village, Sangkat Trapeang Krasang, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh with an investment of approximately US $ 5.3 million and can create 1,024 jobs.

2. FUKKI APPAREL AND LAUNDRY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD plans to establish a garment and laundry factory, located at Street 6 A, Phum Khtor, Sangkat Prek Leap, Khan Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh, with an investment of approximately US $ 5.4 million and can create jobs. 2,404 places.

3. Solar Long PV-Tech (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. plans to establish a solar panel and assembly plant located in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, Phnom Penh, with an investment capital of US $ 12 million and Employed about 500 people.

4. Taica (Cambodia) Corporation plans to build a rubber seed factory located in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone, Phnom Penh, with an investment capital of 620,000 US dollars and create about 20 jobs.

5. HEN JIU GARMENT ACCESSORY CO., LTD is planning to establish a garment and yarn accessories factory located in Kantouk Cheung Village, Sangkat Kantouk, Khan Kampoul, Phnom Penh with an investment capital of approximately 5.1 million US dollars 463 places.

6. KHEMUNIK HOSPITAL CO., LTD 150-bed hospital construction and business project located on National Road 21, Prek Samrong 3 Village, Sangkat Takhmao, Takhmao City, Kandal Province with an investment of approximately USD 23 million and can create 458 jobs. 

7. KITATSU SOLAR (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD plans to build a solar panel assembly plant located on National Road 51, Trapeang Prey Village, Tumnup Thom Commune, Ponhea Leu District, Kandal Province with an investment capital of approximately USD 23.4 million and can create 637 jobs.

8. RG FOOTWEAR (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD The project is located in Andong Village, Bek Chan Commune, Ang Snoul District, Kandal Province with an investment of approximately USD 5.6 million and can create 1,328 jobs.

9. HONG YU FANG GARMENT CO., LTD is a project to establish a garment factory located in Srong village, Srong commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province with an investment capital of approximately US $ 5.2 million and can create 1,029 jobs.

10. SHUN WEI FANG ZHI KE JI CO., LTD plans to build a factory of all kinds of yarn, located in Prey Khvav village, Rokar Koh commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province with an investment of 5.2 million US dollars and can create 226 jobs. .

11. THE INHERITANCE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD The project to establish a shoe accessories factory located in Ang Sokunthea village, Maha Russey commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province with an investment capital of approximately 5.3 million US dollars and can create 1018 jobs.

12. Xing Gang Wood Industry (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. The project to establish a factory for the production of furniture and accessories made of wood, which is located in the Cambodian Special Economic Zone, Jejang Gore, Sihanoukville, with an investment of 3.9 million US dollars and can create about 250 jobs. 

13. Zhejiang Jeni Furniture Co., Ltd. The project to establish a sofa and pillowcase factory located in the Cambodian Special Economic Zone, Jejang Gurger, Sihanoukville, with an investment of 1 million US dollars and can create about 400 jobs.

14. FF.LL (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. The project to establish a factory to produce all kinds of packaging materials, which is located in the special economic zone of Sihanoukville, Sihanoukville province, with an investment of 6.5 million US dollars and can create about 830 jobs.

15. Cambodian Xihanouke Cabinet Co., Ltd. The project to establish a factory of all kinds of cabinets located in the Cambodian Special Economic Zone, Jejang Gurju, Sihanoukville, with an investment of 3 million US dollars and create about 250 jobs.

16. SAMANEA CO., LTD Koh Svay, Koh Mtes and Koh Kok Development Investment Project, located in Kep Village, Sangkat Kep, Kep City, Kep Province with an investment capital of approximately US $ 18.2 million and can create 60 jobs.

17. LATE CHENG MINING DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD, a gold mining business investment project located in Sochet commune, Sandan district, Kampong Thom province, with an investment capital of approximately 13 million US dollars and can create 300 jobs.
