Experts say the demand for land for industrial development will increase by 2025, as the trend of industrial factory developers is increasing.
Mrs. Tang Hour, Founder and CEO of Amatak Property Service Co., Ltd., said earlier this week that she had received some information that factories, industries, and industrial zones were increasing in Cambodia.
She said, “According to information from people in the sector, many foreign investors have come to Cambodia, and some are looking for investment opportunities in this sector.”
Meanwhile, H.E. Hoeun Samneang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, recently said that there are many factors that will make Cambodia benefit greatly from the industrial sector because when President Donald Trump takes office on January 20, the trade war between the US and China and with several other countries will occur, which will cause factories and enterprises in some countries to come to Cambodia and several other countries.
He said, “At the same time, the efforts of the royal government, the many concessions, and incentives on the new investment law will provide opportunities for Cambodia. The efforts of the Head of Government, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, have made Cambodia widely known for its improved investment environment.”
He also added that in addition, knocking on the doors of many investors in the United States, Europe, China, Korea, and Japan has made Cambodia known, and as a result, more foreign investors will come to study and seek investment opportunities in Cambodia this year.
