Project Description

The project is located on the Mekong River in the Diamond Island area, where the three rivers meet. It is placed as a landmark of Phnom Penh and the headquarters of Diamond Island area. It covers an area of about 5,000 square meters and has a total construction area of about 100,000 square meters. It is a city complex consisting of apartments and commercial centers.

There are two high-rise residential buildings with a total construction area of 91,272 square meters. The height of the building is 50 floors of building B and 71 floors of building A. From G-4th floor are commercial floor and 3 underground floors for more than 400 parking lots. Condo units will start from 5-38th floor and 39-50th floor are loft units. On rooftop of building B, there will be gym place, swimming pool, kid playground, restaurants and entertainment room such as snooker.

The project built only 13 units per floor with 3.3 meters high. There are 5 types of condo units such as 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and Sky-villa (4 bedrooms and Sky villa have only in Building A). The large bedrooms are 47-72 square meters for one-bedroom, 66-107 square meters for two bedrooms, 92-125 square meters for 3 bedrooms and 175 square meters for 4 bedrooms.

All units will come with fully decorated bedrooms, balcony and donated. Furniture and appliances, high rent, and family landscaping.
