​Cambodia-China Property, Auto, and Lifestyle Expo will hold in March

On 11 February, a press conference on the Cambodia-China Property Auto Lifestyle Expo was held at the Olympia Shopping Mall in Phnom Penh. He Pan, Marketing Manager of COMPASS REAL ESTATE, and Wang Hao, Marketing Manager of 58Cam.com, explained the information, features, attractions, and general situation of the expo.

The expo will take place from March 17-19, with an estimated 50,000 Cambodian and Chinese in attendance.

As the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, is visiting China, President Xi Jinping said that China and Cambodia will start with six key areas: politics and diplomacy, production capacity, agriculture, energy, security, and humanity, and create a "hexagon diamond". Cambodia-China capacity-building cooperation, focusing on the construction of the "Industrial Development Corridor". The Chinese side will encourage Chinese enterprises to invest in Cambodia. China will give priority to continuing to increase direct flights between China and Cambodia and boost tourism cooperation. Chinese investment in Cambodia will help Cambodia's economic development.

It should be noted that Cambodia-China relations are even closer, 2023 is the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia, and also the year of Sino-Cambodian friendship. China and Cambodia will implement in-depth cooperation in areas such as the economy, trade, tourism and education.

With the further recovery of the global economy and trade and the easing of China's entry and exit policies, the return of the Chinese people to Cambodia has become a general trend, and Chinese investors are increasingly paying attention to trade opportunities and service packages in Cambodia.

About 30 well-known enterprises were interested in this exhibition program during the research phase.

It should be noted that this expo program will organize exhibitions on a variety of topics and relationships, including guides that reflect the development of the history and culture of Cambodian housing, as well as business forums, traditional Chinese art performances, games for Family, and so on. Attendance will be able to experience the culture of the brand and understand the development trends of various businesses freely.

In addition, the exhibition will discuss business issues related to property, auto, and living services for Cambodians and Chinese through various forums. Experts will share business information to the public to find solutions to challenges and explore new opportunities.
