The holiday for this year has not yet passed, and Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, recently issued a sub-decree on the public holiday calendar for 2025.
According to the sub-decree, in 2025, we will have a total of 22 days off, the same as in 2024, but we observe that next year's Khmer New Year holiday will be reduced from 4 days to 3 days and added a day off, "Peace Day" in Cambodia on December 29.
It should be informed that the major holidays for 2025 are: April 14 to 16 is the traditional Khmer New Year, and September 21 to 23 is the Pchum Ben Festival, and November 4th to 6th is the Water Festival.
