Land in four communes of Kandal province and more expensive as It is cut into the city

Kandal province is one of the richest province in Cambodia, with 10 districts, 146 villages , 6 villages , 1087,125 people, and size 3568 square kilometres which is 11 km south of Phnom Penh .

At present, we have seen that Kandal Province is increasing rapidly in real estate development projects,and there are many projects being built in Kandal province , including international airport construction projects In Ta Khmao and Stung district , which is worth $ 1.500 million . 

Recently , there are 4 communes in Sa`ang district , which are being attracted by many investors : Svay Rolong Commune , Koh Anglong Chen Commune,Sa Tho commune, Rakhaing commune,And some of the land in the central part of the river were issued by the Royal Government to the sub-decree into Takhmao City.

   And according to a sub-decree on January 8, 2019, signed by Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, said that four communes were converted to all Sangkats, Svay Rorng Sangkat Koh Anlong Chann, Sangkat Sey Tsu, and Rokar Thmey.
