Thai Boon Roong Towers' Planning Is Complete, And Building Will Commence Following Covid

Compass Cambodia report, July 26th - The research of the Thai Boon Roong Twin Towers' technical designs and fundamental constructions has been completed, and the main construction is planned to commence soon once the COVID-19 pandemic has passed.

Tous Saphoeun, the chief of Thai Boon Roong Group's architecture and construction team, confirmed this on his Facebook profile on Wednesday, July 21.

His post comes in response to public inquiries on whether the project will be developed after a four-year hiatus.

"No changes have been made to the blueprint for the 567-meter-high Thai Bunrong Business Center project. We completed the technical plan in its entirety." Mr Saphoeun stated, "The construction of the retaining wall and the 26-meter-deep landslide protection has already been finished."

"The building crew, as well as the other technical teams, are ready to go. We're just waiting for the ideal moment to get started, which should be once COVID-19 subsides," he continued.

According to him, the project would begin under the rigorous plans and rules of Okhna Thai Bunrong, the CEO.

The Thai Boon Roong Twin Towers, which will be built on 5 hectares of land in front of Naga World, will be the tallest construction project in Cambodia if completed. The business hub will span 1,474,389 square meters and will have five-star hotels, residences, condominiums, international offices, shopping malls, restaurants, scenic places, and world-class entertainment.
