Compass data show that there are about 106 new apartment projects in Cambodia, and Phnom Penh has the most concentrated projects, 77 new project, accounting for 72.6%, followed by Sihanoukville with 25, accounting for 23.5%. Other provinces and cities only have severe projects. The average price of real estate in Phnom Penh ranks first in the country.

Projects in all districts in Phnom Penh
Chamkarmon, Daun Penh, Makara, Toul Kork are the most core district in Phnom Penh. Chamkarmon has largest area and most of new projects, widen price gap. Daun Penh id developed district with expensive land price. Makara is the smallest district, develop-able land is scarce, new project price is at medium level. Toul Kork district is developed late relatively, the new project price is cheaper than other districts.
Chroy Chongva. Sen sok, Meanchey district are located in sub core area, which is the potential area have been developed in recent years. Especially in Sen sok, there are 25 new projects, the price of new project is medium level.
Russei keo, Chhbar Ampov, Pou Senchey are belong to the outskirt. Few project built there with economic price.
