【Payment Information】

*Installment payment 

1: After the contract is signed, buyer will pay 30% for down payment. The project reaches 10 floors, customer will 30% more of the housing price. Upon completion of the project, other 30% of the housing payment will be paid. When developer handing over the house, pay 10% of the house price.

2: When the contract is signed, customer will pay 30% for down payment; the remaining 3% of the house payment will be paid on average every month, and the entire balance will be paid when the house is delivered.
