The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction will hold the fourth edition of the Law on Construction Law in order to educate participants who have missed the first, second and third promotion.
The event will be held at the Golden City Hotel in Phnom Penh, Ly Yong Phat road, in Khan Chroy Changva district,Phnom Penh, on March 2, 2020 from 8:00 am, presided over by HE Chea Sophara, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
The dissemination course will be held to promote law firms for business, design and construction studies, and all individuals studying design projects.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has already conducted three construction law dissemination seminars: the first on January 14, the second on February 13 and the third on February 21, 2020.
It should be reminded that HE Phay Siphan highlighted the construction law in response to the growth momentum of the construction sector, which requires strengthening management of all processes and operations in the sector as well as those involved in these tasks, essentially material.(This news came from Construction-Property.com)
