Also, parts of the northwestern provinces of Thailand, downstream and east of Vietnam, will experience heavy rainfall.
In the provinces of the Dangrek Mountains and the northeast plateaus, there will be low to average rainfall. And coastal provinces will experience less to moderate rainfall as well.
