2. Great investment potential and high rate of return. Cambodia ’s real estate investment returns are high, and apartment investment prospects are very good. 3. Short construction time and fast delivery. A single building is calculated based on the normal project progress, and it can be basically completed within two years without worrying about developers delaying delivery.

4. Get the certificate early, and the risk is less. The final process of buying housing in Cambodia is to hand over the house for inspection and apply for a hard title property right certificate. The processing cycle is about 3-6 months. More faster to obtaining the property right certificate, less risk for investors.

Disadvantages

1. Single building project with little greening. The individual building is a single building, which is a road when you go out. There is no green area and no public entertainment and leisure facilities.

2. Close the street, the noise is annoying. Most of the single buildings are near the road, and most of the buildings are located in downtown, so the street noise will inevitably.

4. The project is small, and the property management service is doubtable. Single building are usually developed by small brand developers. Limited by capital and strength, quality will be discounted to some extent, and later property management service cannot be guaranteed.

Cambodia's real estate has the advantages of no foreign exchange control, freehold property rights, denominated in US dollars, and high return on investment. At this stage, the real estate market is dominated by investment, apartments with good locations, small units, and low total prices, which are favored by investors. The advantages and disadvantages of individual buildings are a phenomenon of urbanization in Cambodia and a stage of real estate development.
