Two Green City Projects in Mondulkiri and Kampot provinces are launching at the same time this morning

Two luxury luxury residential and ecotourism projects in different provinces with the potential of construction and tourism in the present, it will go on sale at 5th August, 2019.

The first luxury city-wide residential, leisure and tourism project in Cambodia, named BS Holiday City, developed by the well-known Cambodian real estate developer “BS Land & Home”, is located in the Deum Sral village, Sangkat Monorom, Sen Monorom City, Mondulkiri Province. The second project, called East Natural City, developed by luxury real estate development company East Land & Home, is located in Kampot province, full of beautiful natural resources, with attractive canals and mountainous borders. According to representatives of the two developers of the two projects said investment and development of the two luxury homes and resorts that the company aims to join the Royal Government of Cambodia, with Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, a leader in promoting the construction and tourism sectors, as two of the four pillars supporting the national economy. The same representative said that the first project BS Holiday City, developed by BS Land & Home in Mondulkiri, is a clean city and fulfill with natural air with a total area of over 300 hectares and there are many types of construction such as tourist market

In particular, the second project, called East Natural City, under investment and development by East Land & Home located in Kampot, bordering Preah Sihanouk province, extends over 200 hectares; there are mixed construction that cater to tourism such as A star-studded resort, theme park, vacation home, fruit house (a leisurely fruit-shaped residence), bungalows, hybrid villas, single-family homes and shop house and more specially, the construction of famous temples represent every country in the world, along with beautiful artificial seawater. The two new residential, leisure and tourism projects will begin jointly starting on the morning of August 5, 2019 and the official opening date will be on September 9, 2019.
