Agile Property

Agile's property development business has over 200 projects in over 80 cities. Agile Mountain Guangzhou and Hainan Clearwater Bay etc. won high reputation both at home and abroad.

A-Living

It has 5 key subsidiaries (residential property management, asset management, public property management, civil service and community business) covering Southern China, Hainan Province, Eastern China, Southwestern China, Central China, Northwestern China and Northern China. It managed 3,100 properties in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, with GFA of 500+ million square meters, and a contracted area of 600+ million square meters (including the data of China Minsheng Property and New China Minsheng Property).

Environ

It focuses on many business fields including disposal of hazardous waste, energy business, ecological industrial parks, smart water affairs, environmental protection equipment manufacturing and urban sanitation, and owns projects in Northern China, Central China, Southern China and Guangxi Province. It is capable of handling hazardous waste treatment of 4.2 million tons/year, and it has 19 million square meters safety landfill sites, which are ranked among the top in the industry.

Agile City

Inheriting the craftsmanship of more than 30 years, A City Limited Group has become a leading ecological habitat service provider in the PRC and developed a comprehensive service system across the entire value chain of the industry that covering the two major professional fields of ecological landscaping and intelligent home and decoration.

P&M

Expert in developing real estate in China. Agile P&M provides agent service through the whole process to the market, helps the partners to establish the brand as a high-end listed companies, appoints professional team, and utilizes combined resources of the whole industry chain to maximize the value of our projects in profits and social value.

Capital

Main businesses cover fund management, equity investment, financial asset investment, securities transaction and wealth management. With applying diversified financing products and assets, it offers a comprehensive solution for capital investment, making more values.

Commercial

Commercial has 3 segments: commercial management, hotel management and golf clubs management. It owns office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, commercial community property and golf clubs, and operates 100+ projects in over 50 cities, with GFA of over 8 million square meters, providing professional services in investment, financing, management and disposal.

Urban Renewal

Urban Renewal has been digging out opportunities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as North China and Central China. Urban Renewal Group makes full effort to provide a whole process of operation chain. By far, the group had run projects in more than 10 cities in China, and its business expanded to old village reconstruction, old factory reconstruction, old city reconstruction and shantytown reconstruction.
