A good housing with convenient transportation, core locations, and mature facilities, but more closer to the city center, the more higher, and the harder it is to find good and cheap housing!
There are four core districts in Cambodia. The Chamkarmon district covers large area, both in new projects and traditional townhouse. Most of Phnom Penh's political and business centers are also gathered in the Chamkarmon, which has obvious location advantages and the rental market is relatively popular. However, due to the large number of listings, the price range are different, coupled with the core location, combined with the Compass date from January to February on the apartment data and client apartment rental demand data from January to February, the market price of apartments in Chamkarmon. And there is a certain gap between the price of the customer's exception price, and it takes time to find a house that meets customer’s exception.
The number of housing in TK District and Daun Penh District can't compare with Chamkarmon district, but due to the limited number of housing and the core location, the rental in two districts are quite high. Therefore, it is not easy to rent an economic housing there.

One bedroom and two-bedroom apartment are available, which is one of the reasons why Makara are popular.
Besides Makara district, Sen sok district, Meanchey district all of them get price reasonable housing. Sen sok district is named as New Phnom Penh with great potentiality. Sub-core area is more cheap relatively, Meanchey district’s advantage is cheap rental.
If you want to rent housing, economic housing with reasonable price is the best choice.
