Cambodia warehouse rent introduction

Cambodian warehouses can be summarized into two categories, small warehouses with a construction area of less than 1,000 square meters and large warehouses with a construction area of more than 1,000 square meters. Most of the small warehouses are concentrated in Phnom Penh or the suburbs of the city, and the large size warehouses are located near National Road 3 and National Road 4 mostly . The monthly rent of the warehouse are various, ranging from several hundred dollars to some tens of thousands of dollars. The warehouse location and warehouse area will affect the rent.

At present, the warehouse market in Cambodia still get great potential to be developed. Many investors have set their target on the warehouse. Some real estate experts believe that warehouses will produce more benefits than other types of real estate development projects.
