According to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology released earlier, from 10-16 August 2019, in some provinces there will be rainfall at different levels.
In the coastal provinces, especially Sihanoukville and Koh Kong, rainfall levels will continue to fall, while on the sea surface there will be heavy rain and high waves.
For Phnom Penh and other provinces such as Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kampong Cham, Tbong Khmum, Mondulkiri, Kratie, Stung Treng and Ratanakiri there will be moderate to heavy rainfall. In Preah Vihear, Siem Reap, Battambang, Pailin, Banteay Meanchey and Oddar Meanchey will be rain from less to moderate.
Ministry also suggest to citizen to pay attention and be careful that the sea surface may be heavy rain and strong windy and the sea waves may be 1-2 meters in height. Torrential rains in the area of Koh Kong and Sihanoukville, as well as the eastern provinces adjacent to Vietnam, could continue.(This news came from Business-Cambodia.com)
