本月21日，柬埔寨经济与财政部税务总局发布的通告得知，今年房地产税征收期将于9月30日结束，因此，柬税务总局呼吁未缴税的民众要在规定的时间内完成缴税义务，如果超过期限将会面临严重的罚款。

通告称，经该局于4月30日第一次向民众发布提醒通告后，截止目前，仍然有部分的民众未缴纳房地产税。所以，该局决定再一次发布通告提醒民众，让未缴税的民众能及时前来缴税。

据了解，柬埔寨从2011年5月18日公布了房地产税征收政策，凡是价值超过1亿柬币（约合2万5000美元）的房地产，地主或屋主均有纳税义务，税率为0.1%。每年纳税一次。

据财经部规定，农业用地、政府房地产、宗教与慈善活动用的房地产、大使馆、领事馆、国际组织房地产、道路、抽水站、桥梁、机场、码头、火车站、经济特别区内生产用的房地产，以及未完成八成工程的建筑物等都被列为免税房地产。（柬华日报）
