Real estate potential is booming in two other districts, after Sen Sok

After several major projects headed to Sen Sok district, land prices in the area have steadily increased, prompting a significant movement in trading.

Sen Sok is still the district with the largest number of townhomes and boreys in the third quarter of 2019, 45 Borey projects have been completed. According to CBRE Cambodia's report.

Because Sen Sok is located near the city, it is easy to build big projects and the price of land is very high ,the above real estate company has predicted the next 2 potential districts for the housing projects and Borey such as Por Senchey district will have 15 projects of new homes and Borey, followed by 13 projects in Dang Kor district in the future.

Por Senchey district is currently in potential, especially as Road 51 is a ring road from Oudong to Tnal Torteoung , causing land prices to begin to move, while Ang Snuol district, which is adjacent to Por Sen Chey district, is also beginning to have land plot for sell.

Regarding in developing areas of Dangkor locates in stree 60m area, there are three giant shopping malls such as: Chip Mong Mall, HP Eco-Mall and Aeon Mall 3.
