Experts claim that the 2019 apartment marketing is much better than last year

There are three types of divisions, including Level A and Level B Level C. In addition to the demand for residences, there are also different indexes, depending on the size of the room, especially the price.

Aun Sothyda, country director of CBRE Cambodia, said that the market for the 2019 market was better than last year. The Director also said that in 2018, apartments offered for sale on the market were 2043 units, of which 1135 units were grade A, and 908 units for  grade B .

For the year 2019, it may rise to 2736 units, due to the need to meet current and future needs.

An Sothyda also said that the value of a Great A accommodation could cost about $ 25. Level B can cost about $ 18 per square meter, depending on the location of the unit, the size of each unit as well as the daily appliances.

Similar to the above, Century21 Cambodia director Grace Rachny Fong also expressed optimism that the current fair market is better than last year, even though the rent value is still well received. 

The reason for the Apartment market is strong because of the increasing demand for residences, of which more than 90% of foreigners, such as the influx of foreign investors, employees who work in the company Foreigners, as well as staff members at various organizations.

She said that staying at the apartment is safe, 24 hours a day, especially for everyday use, which is more convenient for staying.
