[Beware of extra costs]
In addition to the monthly rental, you also have to pay monthly extra for utilities and other services. Additional costs may include garbage disposal fees, gas fees, water and electricity fees, security fees, network fees and parking fees, etc. These costs depend on the type of leased property. Some of these costs already be included in your rental, but there are also cases where these services are available free of charge. Therefore, before reaching a lease agreement, you should communicate with the landlord and carefully examine the possible additional costs.

If you intend to rent for one year or more, you can use this as a bargaining. Ask agent to negotiate rental for you. If the landlord is unwilling to reduce the rent, you may ask him provide additional services or free household appliance. Of course, if you happen to meet a landlord who is in urgent need of money, in order to reduce the rental, you can negotiate with the landlord to pay the rental of the first few months in advance, which will be a more attractive condition.
[Read the contract carefully]
You have to check the attribution of responsibilities in the contract, such as keeping pets, hosting parties and so on. Also, who should pay extra service or maintenance fees? Other matters needing attention include deposit, contract duration, contract renewal, etc. Don't always take it for granted. Who knows what happens to you?
Also, before signing the contract, we must think about what we need to add. All agreed matters should be included in the contract. You should know that oral agreements are not enforceable.
[Other matters]
You must carefully check the faucet, door, lock, power supply, water system, water heater, stove, etc, before you sign the contract with owner.
