 Property investment

In recent years, the Philippines can be described as the fastest growing economy in Asia, with an economic growth rate of about 7%. The high economic growth rate in the next 10 to 20 years will continue, and the potential is infinite.

The real estate value base period is the lowest in Asia, the real estate appreciation is stable (about 10% per year), and the rental return rate is as high as 6-10%.

As early as last year, the price of real estate in the capital of the Philippines, Manila, has increased by 21.55%, making it a city with a relatively high real estate price growth rate among the cities in the Asia-Pacific region.

The rise of the overall economy has naturally promoted the prosperity of the real estate industry. Within a year of 2019, overall housing prices in the Manila Financial District and Makati Business District have risen 7.91%.

The average price of high-end apartments near the CBD has also risen sharply. Even with such rapid growth, the average price of Manila properties is still low in major Asian cities, which can be said to be in a very rare depression.
