Chengshu Ye, the manager of the Century21 Regent Realty (Independent Monument Store) is such an agent with 25 years of real estate experience. Manager Chengshu Ye said that he was engaged in the real estate industry when he graduated from university. At that timer the real estate industry still immature, and he is a green hand, thus he keep learning by himself constantly.

Chengshu Ye recalled that his first property deal was full of challenges. At that time, the company stipulated that newcomers would be fired if they did not sell out an apartment for three months. To sell an apartment within a short time, Chengshu Ye must enrich his real estate knowledge and skills, and find potential customer resources in limited time. “I was working for more than 12 hours a day. I was quite exhausted when I come home. The third month has come. I am still at a loss. I am thinking about performance tasks all day. I am very frustrated and helpless. I have thought of giving up, but with self-affirmation and the help of colleagues. In the last month of the assessment time, I sold out the first apartment on the my career path, which was the result of perseverance and lucky efforts.“More harder I try, the more confident I became, in one year and a half,I became store manager already, I am able to run the shop independently, and later I was promoted as regional manager, at the same time i in charge of several stores, resources accumulated and abilities improved. Success is not coincidence, perseverance will lead you to the way of success.

The choice between the supply and demand sides was both limited. Under such a challenging situation, the store manager Ye kept making adjustments. Do resource precipitation and explore a model suitable for the localization of the industry, especially affected by the epidemic this year, visitors has dropped sharply, and the number of entity store customer visits has decreased.
