Rental : If it is new apartment, most of rental yield guaranteed project, and the rental is set by the developer. If it is an old style house,generally the house is private owned, and the rental is set by the owner and you can be bargained.

Property Management service fees: basically there is no professional property management in the old houses . The owners is responsible for basic property maintenance, and the rental also decided by the owners.

Water and electricity charges: Cambodia's power supply is not enough, electricity costs are somehow expensive, and you may need to know that.

House inspection: Inspecting the house is an indispensable step for renting housing. The house inspection project includes a faucet (water leakage or not, water pipe aging, etc.), kitchen and toilet sewer (whether it is unobstructed). Check the electric meter and water meter data carefully, make a record, ensure the furniture supply in the housing with the landlord, and list all of them. It is best to indicate the old and new levels to prevent necessary dispute.

Contract: The rental and deposit are clearly defined in the contract; the rights and obligations must be specified, and the rights and obligations must be detailed to avoid disputes in the later period; the time limit for renting, the retiring of the rent and the compensation for breach of contract must also be clearly agreed.
