Summary：What is kind of certificate or ID card we need when we sign the contract?

After deciding to rent housing, the next step is to sign a contract with the landlord. Passport and deposit are required when you signing the contract. Most of the contracts are Cambodian, and the signature of a third party is required. So when you go to sign the contract, you need to bring Cambodian local people with you. You may find someone you trust as a third party for witness. Of course, there are also some housing for rent that you need not sign the contract with owners.
Dissolution Contract/Change of Contract
If you want to move out or cancel the contract in advance, you should tell the landlord at least one month in advance as usual.
