1. Inspection of Developer Procedures
When a developer delivers new house to a purchaser, he or she needs to have relevant formalities, including construction quality, residential use, completion and other documents. The purchaser must verify whether the relevant documents are complete before inspecting the house.
2. Inspection area

6. Acceptance procedures
If the buyers do not find any problems in the process of checking and accepting the house, they can go through the formalities of housing handover. Buyers in the process of handover procedures will sign some agreements, such as owners'conventions, pre-property management contracts, etc., before signing these agreements, buyers must be clear about the terms, they should stand firmly for their rights.
7. Payment
After the completion of the inspection, the housing will be delivery to the buyer. When the housing is deliveryed to buyer, it needs to pay the related expenses, such as housing maintenance fee, property management service fees, etc. The buyers may look for the calculation method of the related expenses before accept the housing, and get ready in advance.
