2023年12月14日，七星海途易蓝星梦湖度假酒店开工仪式圆满举行，柬中两国政府领导与各建设单位及七星海城市发展集团公司人员共同见证了此次开工仪式活动。

On December 14th 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony of Dara Sakor TUI BLUE Stardream Lake was successfully held. The leaders of the governments of the Kingdom of Cambodia and China, as well as personnel from various construction units and Coastal City Development Group, jointly witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony.

其中柬埔寨王国国公省省长密杜娜·布通女士、中华人民共和国江苏省泰州市政府副市长刘志明先生、七星海城市发展集团有限公司董事长李梦晨先生、中城建第十三工程局有限公司总经理陆正华先生作为开工仪式的发言嘉宾，发表了重要讲话。

Mr. Li Mengchen, Chairman of Coastal City Development Group Co., Ltd., stated in his speech that as the operator of Coastal City project, Dara Sakor TUI BLUE Stardream Lake, as an international high-end resort under the German Tui Group, has to some extent filled the gap in high-end tourism experience within the Dara Sakor project, which is of great significance for better attracting mid to high end tourists and investors in the future. 柬埔寨王国国公省省长密杜娜·布通女士在致辞中表示，高档星级酒店是衡量一个地区服务水平的首要条件，也是一个地区经济发展水平的重要标志。国公省将高度重视该项目建设，全力配合，周到服务，确保项目建设顺利进行，全力以赴把七星海途易蓝星梦湖度假酒店打造成国公省独具特色的地标工程、度假酒店的精品工程、招商引资的样板工程。

作为七星海重点招商引资项目，此次开工建设的七星海途易蓝星梦湖度假酒店位于星梦湖度假小镇，总占地4公顷，由途易蓝集团运营管理，由中城建第十三工程局有限公司承建。酒店将按国际五星级标准建造，设有79个房间，其中包括7栋独栋别墅和72个标准客房，其中餐厅、酒吧、种植园、沙滩娱乐等配套设施齐全，游客可步行至海滩。酒店建设周期一年，计划2024年建成并运营。

As a key investment attraction project of Coastal City-Dara Sakor, the Dara Sakor TUI BLUE Stardream Lake, which has started construction, is located in Stardream Lake Tourism Town, covering a total area of 4 hectares. It is operated and managed by TUI BLUE Group and constructed by China Urban Construction 13th Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. The hotel will be built according to international five-star standards and has 79 rooms, including 7 detached villas and 72 standard rooms. The supporting facilities include a restaurant, bar, plantation, beach entertainment, etc. Visitors can walk to the beach. The construction period of the hotel is one year, and it is planned to be completed and operated by 2024.
