CCA and CVEA vow to strengthen Cambodia's construction and real estate sector

The Cambodia Constructors Association (CCA) and the Cambodia Association of Appraisers and Realtors (CVEA) have expressed their willingness and joint commitment to strengthen Cambodia's construction and real estate sector. This is according to the meeting between the two associations on 25 April 2023.

Mr Sorn Seap, President of the Cambodia Association of Appraisers and Realtors (CVEA) in the 8th mandate, accompanied the new members of the Executive Committee to pay a courtesy call on the Cambodia Constructors Association, which was represented by Oknha Charles Van on behalf of Neak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, President of CCA with the warmly welcomed and firmly the position of cooperation between the two associations as well as other associations in the private sector to work with the government in strengthening and promoting economic growth in the construction and real estate sectors.

Oknha Charles Van also emphasized in this meeting that CCA is always actively involved with the government and relevant ministries in providing key inputs to boost Cambodia's economic growth, especially recently through eight key measurements for supporting the construction sector and the Borey in Cambodia by CCA has been actively involved in discussions with the Ministry of Economy and Finance to support economic stability for the post COVID-19 and resilience of the global geopolitical influence.

Mr Sorn Seap expressed his deep gratitude for the meeting and expressed his willingness to continue cooperation with the Cambodia Constructors Association to strengthen and promote economic growth for the construction and real estate sector in Cambodia. He added that in order to attract foreign investors in the real estate sector to Cambodia, CVEA has promoted promotion by setting up special teams for Japanese, Chinese, and English,… to promote the potential of the real estate sector in Cambodia.
