The first phase will be completed before the traditional New Year 2024 (in the project August 2024), and the second phase will be completed before the National New Year 2025 (in the project August 2025).
H.E. Governor continued, "During this time, I would like to ask for the tolerance and understanding of the people passing through, which may cause disruption from the construction site."
