The master plan for the Koh Tonsay development project of Neak Oknha Try Pheap's company, which is planned to invest $130 million, has been officially unveiled.
This development project has been gradually emerging with the mixed development of a resort located on the most famous island in Kep province. Koh Tonsay is about 4 kilometers from Kep City.
Neak Oknha Try Pheap develops the island with a variety of projects, including luxury hotels, gyms, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment venues. In line with the existing potential of the island, the island has two white-sand beaches that allow tourists to bathe.
The governor of Kep province, Som Piseth, had previously said that Try Pheap Group had been developing the island in stages after the company received a development license from the government.
"The development of Koh Tonsay will help attract tourists to the province and provide more confidence to national and international investors in the province," he said.
