Cambodia's international trade volume will reach more than $46 billion throughout 2023

Throughout 2023, Cambodia's trade with the international community reached $46,828,032,000, according to a report by the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia.

According to the report of the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, throughout the year 2023, Cambodia exported goods to the international market, which amounted to $22,644,989,000, an increase of 1.8 percent compared to the same period in 2022, which was $22,251,235,000.

As for imports, according to the report, Cambodia imported goods worth $24,183,043,000, down 5% compared to 2022, which was $25,460,434,000.

Cambodia's main markets include China, with more than $12 billion, increasing by 5 percent; the United States, with more than $9 billion, down 1.4 percent; Vietnam, with more than $6 billion, up 7.3 percent; Japan, with more than $1 billion, down 7.2 percent; and other major markets.

Cambodia's main export goods include garments and accessories worth nearly $8 billion, machinery and electrical appliances worth more than $3 billion, leather goods and fur accessories worth more than $1 billion, and other goods.
