According to a report by the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, Cambodia's total export-import trade volume reached over US$54.74 billion in 2024, an increase of 16.9% from US$46.82 billion in 2023.
The same report also showed that from January to December 2024, Cambodia exported goods to regional and global markets worth a total of approximately US$26.19 billion, an increase of 15.7%, while imports of various goods totaled approximately US$28.54 billion, an increase of 18% compared to 2023.
The main trading partners to which Cambodia exported and imported the most goods include China, which achieved over US$15.18 billion; the United States, which achieved over US$10.18 billion; Vietnam, which achieved over US$7.78 billion; and many other countries.
Cambodia's main exports to international markets include textiles, clothing, footwear, and travel goods; agricultural products such as paddy, rice, cashew nuts, cassava, rubber, furniture, tires, solar panels, bicycles, electrical equipment, electronic components, and vehicle components.
The main items imported by Cambodia include textile and garment raw materials, fuel, electronics, vehicles and machinery, construction materials, foodstuffs, cosmetics, medicines, and medical equipment.
