[Compass Real Estate Platform - June 01] Phnom Penh: In recent days, the closing of Phnom Penh has again been reported inofficially due to the increase of the number of cases of Covid-19, which are untrue.
"There is news these days that the government will close Phnom Penh again, according to Mr. Khuong Sreng, Phnom Penh Governor. I would like to notify you that, till now, the Royal Government has not imposed a blocking policy. Phnom Penh's geography," he remarked.
The Governor of Phnom Penh continued that the relevant authorities have been active in combatting the Covid-19 sickness, which is spreading across Cambodia, along with the Ministry of Health.
He regretted, however, that the information not decided on the shutdown of Phnom Penh was distributed that confuses persons.
