Mr. Chrek Soknim, President of the Cambodian Association of Appraisers and Real Estate Agents, said of the Arey Ksat region, "In the future, the Arey Ksat region will be able to become a potential commercial and tourist region because it is close to the river Phnom Penh is the best."
The association's president also sees the Arey Ksat area's future potential, predicting that several big metropolitan developers will consider investing there, particularly after the bridge project connecting the two areas is officially launched.
