It covers a total area of 100 hectares and adjacent to the most prosperous BKK district in Phnom Penh, as well as the Independence Monument, Nagaworld, AEON 1, Sofitel Hotel and other famous landmarks, At the same time, Koh Pich gathers Korean Embassy, Convention and Exhibition Center, Koh Pich Theater, Wedding Hall, Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CIS), French International School of Phnom Penh (EFI), etc. and many Grade A office buildings, high-end hotels, parks & clubs are all located here. Ⅱ. Koh Norea Satellite City

Koh Norea is about to be connected to Koh Pich through a a cross-river bridge. It was also developed by OCIC and formed by filling the river to build an island. At present, the sand filling and construction project of Koh Norea is almost completed, and it is known as "the second Koh Pich" in the industry.

Koh Norea Satellite City is located in Niroth commune, Chbar Ampov district, Phnom Penh, and covering an area of 125 hectares. The first phase of infrastructure construction started in January 2020. In the planning of Koh Norea, it includes commercial, entertainment area, Luxury stores, residence, school, bank, medical center, etc. After completion, it will become the city's commercial center and high-end residential area, with a total capacity of 50,000 people.

Ⅲ. Chroy Changvar Satellite City

Chroy Changvar Satellite City is located in the northeast of Phnom Penh, at the confluence of the Mekong River and the Tonle Sap River. It was developed by OCIC in 2011, covering a total area of more than 300 hectares. In April, the cable-stayed bridge across the Tonle Sap River was opened to traffic on a trial basis, the supporting facilities of the Chroy Changvar Satellite City were upgraded, and with the addition of the Cambodia-China Bridge and Cambodia-Japan Friendship Bridge, there are already 3 bridges connecting the Chroy Changvar satellite city and Phnom Penh, making they became closer;

In April, Thai hypermarket chain BIG C Group and OCIC have signed MOU to build the first hypermarket in the Chroy Changva Satellite City

In June, according to local media’s news, the Cambodia-Korea Friendship Bridge project connecting Phnom Penh Night Market- Chroy Changva- Arey Ksat may start construction in the middle of 2024. After completion, the traffic of Chroy Changva Satellite City will become more convenient.

 

Ⅳ. Ly Yong Phat Satellite City

Ly Yong Phat Satellite City is located in Prek Ta Sek commune, Chroy Changvar District, Phnom Penh. It is invested and constructed by LYP Group, with a land area of about 1,000 hectares, comprised of Morodok Techo National Stadium, commercial buildings, Garden City Golf Club, Phnom Penh Safari, Garden City Water Park, etc., all of which have been realized and operated.

At present, Ly Yong Phat Satellite City has formed a residential area combining culture, sports, entertainment, leisure and high-end Borey communities, and is the best place for short-distance travel in Phnom Penh and surrounding areas. Ⅴ. Boeung Kak satellite city

Boeung Kak satellite city is located in Daun Penh district of Phnom Penh, and was formed by filling sand on the original “Boeung Kak” Lake. This satellite city was developed and constructed by Shukaku Company in 2007 and named Phnom Penh City Center (PPCC). It covers a total area of 114 hectares, consists of high-end villas, commercial and residential buildings, high-end hotels, office buildings, etc. In addition, there are international schools, large supermarkets, parks and other infrastructure in the satellite city.

Ⅵ. Grand Phnom Penh City

Grand Phnom Penh City is located in the Sen Sok District of Phnom Penh, covering an area of 260 hectares. It was developed in 2019 by ChipMong Land, a subsidiary of Chip Mong Group, and It is the first residential area in Phnom Penh with a golf course.

The satellite city has more than 4,400 households comprising of villas upon completion, apartments, shophouses, office buildings, shopping centers, hotel, school, hospital, sport and leisure areas.

Ⅶ. Camko City

The developer of Camko City is World City, a Korean company. The project is located in the north of Phnom Penh. It was built in 2006 with a construction area of 119 hectares. So far, the Camko City project has built: apartment buildings, villas, markets, schools, etc.
