On July 7, 2023, the Cambodian Valuers And Estate Agents Association (CVEA) released the latest land prices of 7 Makara District, Phnom Penh in the first half of 2023.
According to CVEA data, total land prices in 7 Makara district decreased slightly in the first half of 2023 with an average price of $ 6,135/m2. Although, land prices near the main roads in Boeung Prolit and Orussey 1/2/3/4 are still the highest, reaching $4,700-7,800 per square meter, still slightly lower than in the first half of last year. The price of land near the sub- main road of the district, which is in Sangkat Mittapheap, is the lowest at only $2,200 per square meter.
