Summary：CVEA has released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 in two major sub-districts of Phnom Penh, namely Russey Keo and Sen Sok districts, with a highest price reaching $3,700/㎡ to $4,200/㎡ respectively.

In the morning of August 21, 2023, the Cambodian Valuers And Estate Agents Association (CVEA) released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 of two main sub-districts of Phnom Penh, including Russey Keo district and Sen Sok district.

According to CVEA data, in the first half of 2023, land prices in Russey Keo and Sen Sok districts as a whole fell slightly to an average of $1,282 and $1,754 per square meter, respectively. In 2022, we see that the average land price in Russey Keo district has reached $1,492 per square meter, while in Sen Sok district it is only $1,738 per square meter.

Looking at Russey Keo district, the price of land along the main roads in Toul Sangke I commune is the highest at $3,700 per square meter, and the lowest at $450 per square meter in Svay Pak commune. As for Sen Sok district, land prices along the main roads in Phnom Penh Thmey and Teuk Thla communes are highest at $4,200 per square meter, and lowest price is in Kraing Thnong commune at $350 per square meter.

Please be informed that in 2022, the highest land price in Russey Keo district is up to $3,900 per square meter and Sen Sok district is up to $4,400 per square meter.
