Summary：CVEA has released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 in two major sub-districts of Phnom Penh, namely Chroy Changva district and Chbar Ampov district, with a highest price reaching $3,700/㎡ to $3,500/㎡ respectively.

On September 1st, 2023, Cambodian Valuers And Estate Agents Association (CVEA) released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 of two main sub-districts of Phnom Penh, including Chroy Changva district and Chbar Ampov district.

According to CVEA data, in the first half of 2023, land prices in Chroy Changva and Chbar Ampov districts as a whole fell slightly to an average of $936 and $919 per square meter, respectively. In 2022, we see that the average land price in Chroy Changva district has reached $993 per square meter, while in Chbar Ampov district is $974 per square meter.

Looking at Chroy Changva district, the price of land along the main roads in Chroy Changva commune is the highest at $3,700 per square meter, and the lowest at $20 per square meter in Koh Dach commune. As for Chbar Ampov district, land prices along the main roads in Chbar Ampov 1 & 2 communes are highest at $3,500 per square meter, and lowest price is in Prek Thmey commune at $35 per square meter.

Please be informed that in 2022, the highest land price in Chroy Changva district is up to $3,900 per square meter and Chbar Ampov district is up to $3,700 per square meter.
