On July 14, 2023, Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 in Phnom Penh's core area which is Boeung Keng Kang District (BKK). According to CVEA data, in the first half of 2023, land in the BKK region as a whole showed a downward trend, with an average price of $4,910/m2. Among them, the main road land price in the BKK1 commune is the highest, reaching $9,800/㎡, and the highest land price in this area had reached $10,000/㎡ in 2022.
