From the perspective of standards in the industry, real housing can be basically summarized into four aspects, real existence, real commission, real information and real price. Specific implementation standards reference:

Real existence: The real estate exists, not a fictitious or virtual real estate; the address, name, house number, latitude and longitude are real;

Real commission: The property is commissioned in writing or orally by the owner, and it is actually sold / rented within a certain period

Real price: The price quoted by the house owner as the benchmark for the release price of the house information; the price released by the broker for the same house does not fluctuate more than ± 5% of the house's entrusted price (this price exclude taxes and intermediary fees)

Real pictures: The internal pictures of the housing, facility maps, land pictures, property rights certificates and other related pictures are real

Real description: The basic details of the housing, supporting facilities, fees and other descriptions are true.

How to upload real housing?

Step1, fill in information 

Step 2: click verify real housing, fill in all information

Property ownership certificate: Legal property right certificate, including: land ownership certificate, real estate certificate, real estate certificate,apartment -type property rights, hard title and L-map hard title; the above 6 kinds of real estate property rights certificates are all acceptable. 

Entrustment certificate: It is used to prove the relevant evidence of the owner's entrusted sale / rent, including: upload the owner's ID card, real estate ownership certificate, owner's entrustment form or communication record with the owner.

Upload number plate: clearly as the following example 

Fill in address information: precise as possible, street number and number plate is the required. 

Step3: Waiting for approval after submit all the information. 

Real housing verification process

The first step: the broker / owner submits the real housing certification

The second step: the Compass staff will review the certification information of the housing

The third step: through the real estate certification of the real estate, with Compass real housing green logo.
