Phnom Preah Reach Troap will be the new investment hot spot for investors. Government now starting to plan the road construction and development blue paint to connect this scenic spot.
Government has divide Phnom Preach Troap into nine areas:
1. Cultural heritage area
2. Religious cultural area
3. Entertainment area
4. Public market area
5.Parking lot
6. Health resort area
7. Natural village
8. Celebration area
9. Dining area
Mr. Nget Chhuo analyzed that due to many national projects have raised the price of land in the area, but the price is lower than other places. After the government plans to build well, the price of surrounding land will rise rapidly.
He also said that on the other hand, Udong Mountain is higher than the surrounding area, mainly along Highway 51, connecting Road 4 and Road 5.
