1.Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway Project
The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway project is more than 190 kilometers long, and the construction site was opened on March 22, 2020 with a construction period of 48 months. Construction is scheduled to be completed ahead of schedule by the end of 2022, slightly faster than other projects, with an estimated investment of $ 2 billion.
2. New Phnom Penh Airport Project
The new Phnom Penh International Airport project will be built on 2,600 hectares of land with a length of about 6 km and a width of 4 km in Kandal Stueng and S'ang districts, Kandal province and in Bati district, Takeo province, which is scheduled to open the first phase in 2023. The new airport is a 4F that can accommodate large aircraft such as the Airbus A380-800 and Boeing 747-800. Hopefully, Cambodia will attract more tourists and investors after the construction of the new Phnom Penh International Airport.
3. Siem Reap New Airport project
Currently, the company has been starting the construction of the new Siem Reap International Airport since March 15, 2020 and plans to complete the construction on March 14, 2023, with a total time of 36 months. The construction of the new Siem Reap International Airport, located in Sotnikum district, Siem Reap province, is expected to cost about $ 900 million, with an investment of about 700 hectares, including 1,000 hectares of special economic zones.
Apart from this project, Siem Reap also has many projects such as the restoration of temples, landscaping and the creation of a new city, especially the road connection to Battambang.
It should be noted that in addition to all the projects, we also see many other projects such as the 3rd ring road, the 4th ring road, the expansion of National Road 4, the expansion of National Road 6A (from Skun to Kampong Cham) as well as the development of border areas and satellite cities.
