Chip Mong will add another $ 1 million for investment in Grand Phnom Penh satellite city

On October 16, 2019, Chip Mong Land acquired the entire assets of Grand Phnom Penh City, a large development project covering an area of approximately 260 hectares, to continue to develop the project. But Chip Mong Land did not change the name of satellite city project, its name is still the same as Grand Phnom Penh City.

After acquiring the Grand Phnom Penh Satellite City project for almost a year, Chip Mong Land recently decided to build its first residential project on the satellite city site, building on 50 hectares of land with an investment capital of hundreds of millions of US dollars. Grand Phnom Penh City is the first and only project in Phnom Penh to have a world-class golf course at the heart of the Grand Phnom Penh City project, designed by Jack Nicklaus Design on an area of approximately 70 hectares, a world-renowned golf course design company.

A senior employee of Chip Mong said that the company plans to build new, high-quality houses, as well as plans to build shopping malls and commercial buildings, as well as build infrastructure, strengthen services with strong experience and its long-term development and management of real estate on more than 260 hectares. In terms of infrastructure, the project starts out beautiful with a garden on the sidewalk with comfortable shade trees.

According to the plan, the major projects that Chip Mong Land will develop in the satellite city of Grand Phnom Penh will include the construction of the first Central Park in Cambodia, along with a huge commercial and sports center which will present in the satellite city of Grand Phnom Penh.
