He said that as long as Cambodia continues to maintain high economic growth and the global economic crisis has not yet occurred, especially as more and more companies enter Kampot province, land prices will continue to rise.

Many large enterprises are very optimistic about the development prospects of Kampot province, and many companies have come to invest in it. Krong Kompot Mayor Lin Lianshuiti said that "due to the stability of the national political situation, policy support and a large amount of investment, these factors will drive the economic development of Kampot Province, while land and property prices will continue to rise."
