    Generally the place for living is the most important things for human,that is why we call it home. people working so hard for a better life style and the most important is a place to live. why home is so important? Basically, it is where we put all our life in, family, properties, sleep, eat, relax and it make your life more enjoyable. For example, have you remember the outbreak of the corona virus, the goverment shut down the city and people was put in lock down. Home protect us and keep us in a safety place, and if you have a good living condition it keep connect you to your life and it would be a nightmare for those who have a bad living condition. Choosing a home for yourself is not seem an easy things. Today let we all take a look between condo and house, Which one would u prefer?

Condo

• located in the center of the city which is extremly convinient for getting to any desitination

• Low price compare to buying house

• You don’t have the interest, time or ability to take care of the regular maintenance or repairs of a house 

• you do not have to pay a lot of extra expences  like owning a house

• there is parking lot, swiming pool(depend on your condo), super martket, gym, and so on

• security is better compare to a house

house

• price depend on location the better location the higher the price is

• you are  independence and freedom to make your own home improvement, decorating and style decisions

• You want a more private living space (without neighbours on the other side of the walls) and a yard you can use freely

• You’re handy around the house and can do most of the maintenance or repair needs yourself (or have the money to hire someone)
