[1]Rules for 'Refresh' and ' free business chance'

(1)Refresh.Encourage publish more house listings and land information provide customers more choices and give agent more chances to get customers.the same house listing or land information, agent need not to publish repeatedly, all you need to do is「edit+refresh」.

You may do that：

1.「Title」you should modifies more attractive titles.

2,「picture」use the HD image.

3.「TheDescription」you should enrich description content and shows these selling points and features of the listing.

4.「Non-requiredpart」you should fill in more information of the listing and enrich the content of the listing.

At last step,you should remember to「refresh」the listing to Improve the freshness and ranking of your listing!

(2)To get free business chance you may qualified following standard

1.The total number of listings issued by agent that need to reach 20 online units will then agent will be eligible for Business chance.

2.The business chances for agents unchanged,5times/day.

(3)Share. Both of Agent App and Agent PC are valid for sharing Instant communication application like Wechat,Line, Twitter, Telegram. New page is waiting for you. Try it.

[2]Agent profile filling rules

(1)Fill in agent profile information included 4 types: work information, identity verification, contact method, name card.

1.Work information: Select the agency company or individual agent, select your service area, select your language.

2.Identity info: upload ID card/passport and such identity certificate.

3.Contact: fill in your name in name box, upload personal photo as profile, fill in your contact method like Wechat, facebook, e-mail.

4.Name card: choose to show your phone number, there will be your E-name card automatically.

(2)Prohibited matter

1.You may not fill in anything beside your name in name box, Wechat ID or phone number is not allowed.

2.You may not use pictures which not related of personal photo in profile, personal photo only.

[3]Rules for the publish of housing.

(1)Required terms

Sales type, property type, location, precise location, detailed address, rental fee, bedrooms,and etc,.

All items with”*” you need to fill in.

(2)Non-required terms

Click ’more’, you may fill in at your will.Included decoration, floor, features, facility, payment, marks, contact methods and notes,etc,.

(3)Attention

1.Mark location in map: you may locate the housing in map precisely. For serve customer better, our website will add the nearest landmark( like scenic spot) by the system automatically. Accurate location will make customers understand well about the housing.

2. Pictures: upload real, clear and beautiful housing photos, it will helpful for customers to contact agent.

3. Title: fine the key words about the housing, like location+for rent+rental.

4. Description: based on property, fill in description as detailed as possible. Any speciality about this housing should be fill in to attract more customer.

(4)Don’t do the following terms

1.Title: do not fill in anything not related with property. No Wechat ID, no phone number please.

2.Description: do not fill in phone number and Wechat ID, property photos only.

3.Picture: do not fill in picture with phone number watermark. No picture with LOGO from other website, no QR code pictures.

[4]Rules for the publish of land

(1)Required items

1.Sales type, location, location in map, detailed address, certificate title, price for rent or sale, area, price for per square, usage, suggested usage, real pictures, map number, land number, certificate title, title, description, Issued date of certificates and so on.

All items with”*” you need to fill in.

(2)Attention

1.Mark location in map: accurate location in map will be helpful to contact agent.

2.Pictures: we suggest you to upload maximum clear and nice pictures, customer will know the land well by pictures then they will contact you soon.

3.Title: refine key words, simple but clear, like location+for rent/for sale+speciality and so on.

4.Description: describe the land as detail as possible, display the features and advantages of land to attract more customers.

(3)Attention

1.Required terms are require to fill in information.

2.location must be the latest, or the publish cannot be success.

3.Title: land information in title part only, no Wechat, phone number contact method.

(4)Don’t do the following terms

1.Title for land: land information only, Wechat and phone number contact method is not allowed to input at title part.

2.Description: Please do not fill in description part with Wechat ID, phone number. Advertisement-like description is not allowed. Land description about land only.

3.Picture: do not fill in picture with phone number watermark. No picture with LOGO from other website, no QR code pictures.
