Borey Vimean Phnom Penh (BVMPP), under Ly Hour Group owned by Lok Oknha Ly Hour, is a well-known company focusing on residential construction including different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House and Flat. It was established in October 2011 on 18 hectares of land located on street 598 in Sangkat Chraing Chamres 1, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.

These projects have been developed in consecutive manner in only seven years in which design of each house is studied in detail by the professional national architects. All types of houses/villas have been built following construction code and standard along with more construction of infrastructure, irrigation system, garden, market, and school.

Moreover, being a modern residential community, BVMPP has built an attractive fitness center to create recreational activities for their people. This center was inaugurated in June 2015 providing a lot of services as gym, swimming, steam, sauna, massage, jacuzzi, table tennis, aerobic training, café, and rental campus for event managements.
